Often described as the Ultimate Homebrew Keg. These kegs have been reconditioned for the homebrew market. The beer is fully fermented and left to clear in a secondary fermenter. Co2 is then injected back into the beer to make it fizzy rather than naturally through secondary fermentation in the barrel. They are also made of stainless steel and therefore very hard wearing. There are advantages to these barrels, namely they are easier to fit in the fridge, they can be transported as there is no sediment and they can be fitted with bar style taps for home bars. Capacity is less than a standard barrel at 4 Gallons (approx) so you may need to bottle the balance of a 5 gallon brew.
